What is your refund policy?
Our payments for services are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss your options.
Can I pay in installments for the Player Development Plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options including upfront payment or monthly installments for our Player Development Plans.
How do I access the virtual player development dashboard?
Once you’ve signed up for a Player Development Plan, you will receive access to the dashboard via a link provided by email. This dashboard will be available 24/7 for you and your athlete to track progress and updates.
